beneficiaries of 1989 Keyser Family Trust

Present were: Carolyn, Julie, Edward, Laura, and Ann

5:03 Meeting called to order

1) Three years ago we signed a lease for our property in Reeves county. Around September 12, we were notified by Anadarko that they are going to exercise their option under that lease to pay another lease bonus, $12,500 and extend the lease for two more years.

2) Depending on when we get the bonus check there will be a disbursement  in October or November.

3) 5:05 Motion to transfer $5800 from partnership to our trust to continue making the $5800 voluntary contribution to the life insurance policy held in the trust approved unanimously.
