Chronology of Events relevant to properties jointly held between 1975 and 2020 by
Marjorie Gene Funkhouser Keyser Jones and Keyser, LLC or Keyser Interests, LLC .
As of Gene's death on December 7, 2019, all properties held by Keyser, LLC.    

Joseph E. Keyser and Marjorie Gene Funkhouser were married July 31, 1948.

Joe worked as an independent geologist and acquire royalty and mineral interests in his career.

They had five - children within that marriage: Carolyn Keyser Curtis born 10-3-1949, Julie Keyser Squires born 12-221950, Edward M. Keyser born 1-30-1953, Ann Keyser Stewart and Laura Keyser Dalgliesh Hartsell born 7/1/1955. All five children are still living as of the date above.

Joseph E. Keyser and Gene F. Keyser were divorced December 22, 1970. At that time the Joseph E. Keyser and Gene Keyser community property oil and gas assets as well as undeveloped properties were divided in equal thirds between Joseph E. Keyser, Gene F. Keyser and a Trust created for the five Keyser children.

Joseph E. Keyser died, intestate, April 21, 1975, at which time his 1/3 of the oil and gas assets was split between the children in Trust and Gene F Keyser.

At this point, the properties are help 50% by Gene Keyser and 50% by the children.

When the Trust was dissolved by its' own terms, the assets that had been placed in the Trust were divided equally between Gene F. Keyser and the five children. The children then conveyed to The Keyser Partnership all of their oil and gas holdings with a Conveyance and a Power of Attorney authorizing Gene Keyser to be Agent and Attorney in Fact. The Keyser Partnership was formed on February 1, 1977.

Gene Funkhouser Keyser married Phil Jones on October 1, 1986. (Phil died on April 15, 2002)

Gene F K Jones married John Todd on March 21, 2015. Consequently Gene can have several aliases which might include some or all of the following: Marjorie Gene Funkhouser Keyser Jones Todd.  Gene’s official name and the name on her estate is Gene F Keyser Jones.

January 1, 2016: Edward M. Keyser was appointed managing partner of the Keyser Partnership taking over AIF responsibilities from Gene.

Gene died on December 7, 2019. She left her Oil and Gas assets to the children through the Keyser Partnership or subsequent entity.

May 4, 2020: Keyser Partnership converted to Keyser, LLC.

December 2020: Keyser Interests, LLC formed to hold the working interests properties in Keyser, LLC.

The five children of Gene and Joe have a 20% member interest in the Keyser, LLC.
