12:30 Meeting called to order
1) unanimously approve the name "Keyser Interests, LLC"
2) unanimously approve formation of Keyser Interests, LLC
3) unanimously approve transfer of all Keyser, LLC working interests assets into Keyser Interests, LLC
Edward estimated the costs of these three actions to be about $2,000.

Historical information:
The Keyser Partnership was officially converted to Keyser, LLC on Star Wars day May 4, 2020.
The company agreement was signed by all the members, five children of Gene F Keyser Jones, in the summer of 2020.
